Acceptance of Terms

By accessing StudyRealm through a school partnership, all users (schools, teachers, students, parents) agree to these terms. Student access implies the school has accepted on the student's behalf.

The Service

StudyRealm is a browser-based K-10 learning platform supporting CBSE, ICSE, and Karnataka State Board. It is available through institutional access only.

User Responsibilities

Intellectual Property

All learning content, platform code, brand assets, and pedagogical frameworks are the intellectual property of StudyRealm Technologies. Student-generated data (answers, scores, progress) belongs to the student and their school. Schools may request an export of their student data at any time.

Acceptable Use

No unauthorised access attempts, no scraping, no reverse engineering, and no malicious content uploads.

Service Availability

We target a 99% uptime, but provide no guarantee. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

Payments & Refunds

Annual billing applies. A 30-day written cancellation notice is required before renewal. Pro-rata refunds are available for early termination.

Limitation of Liability

No indirect or consequential damages are covered. Our maximum liability is capped at 12 months subscription fees paid.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes

We will provide 30 days notice for any material changes.
